We had a plumbing disaster happen within our house and our insurance company sent SERVPRO out to work with the cleanup and restoration. I feel that the company must be very good for the insurance company to work with them. The team that came to our house was courteous, professional, and responded very quickly to our needs in getting the job done. Such a professional experience with Servpro East Louisville. We had an interior water leak and the crew of Devan, Michael, & Ezekiel were prompt, courteous, and they kept me informed on what they were doing and why. Items were moved with care and organized and clean.
