Bert, Jay, Bryan, Dylan, Brandon, Lincon, and Chris from SERVPRO of East Lansing were great! I wasn’t able to be home every day while they were working, so there were times I had to leave my home unattended with them. In April, we had a lot of water all across the basement, ServPro, specifically Bryan was fantastic. He was extremely communicative during the cleaning process and taking every measure to make sure water was removed from the basement.

I met Cole today (6/26/26). He is Gaige's brother. He is just as awesome as his brother! I can't say enough good things about this team of professionals! Thank you again, for being the BEST!
