Crew was very professional and friendly. They were organized and explained everything clearly. I trusted them completely to do the job correctly and they did just that. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if need be, although I hope I don't have to deal with another flood.

Kerry and Alex were assume at their job. Very courteous and respectful of the home and us. They went way above and beyond through this devastating situation. After recently purchasing a new condo and finding some issues with mold (which I am highly allergic to) I called Servpro to come out and help me assess the situation and make a plan. Chris did a very thorough and thoughtful walk-through of my condo with me. He took the time to investigate all of my concerns and explain to me what he thought would be a reasonable and safe plan. I had a really great experience with the Servpro branch that serves East Lansing and Haslett areas when my basement flooded this summer. Their team responded quickly and worked meticulously to resolve any and all water damage issues. The technicians were not only professional but also very kind, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. They made a stressful situation much more manageable, and I am grateful for their help and expertise. I highly recommend them for any water damage needs!
