After having water damage from a split drain pipe and having a hard time with my insurance adjuster, I called Servpro. Mike called me right away to come out and meet with me about the damage, he called the adjuster right away to get the correct work started - reminding the adjuster of what the requirements are for a split waste pipe and what needs to be removed versus simply dried out. I recently had servpro in my home to clean up mold and remove cabinets and flooring that were compromised by water damage. I can not say enough good things about this company. They are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Cody, Bryson, Isaac, Leo and Mike all took a huge weight off of my shoulders with this clean up. Servpro, so far, has been amazing. Due to a mistake when having our water meter replaced, water flooded all of the storage area of our basement and into the adjoining bathroom and a bit of the carpeted area of the living room. Servpro got to our house in less than hour from when they got the call. Mike was friendly and professional helping me understand what they were going to do. Yeah, I’m not gonna lie. I’m kind of disappointed with the customer service experience. They would rather take my word more than someone actually coming out to see you and the incident evidently of what happened which generally wasn’t super bad of an incident, but I’m pretty happy that I went with trusty old service master instead.
