Highly recommend ! Called on a Saturday afternoon - basement flooded. I got a call from the tech Stephen he was informative and was at my house within a hour or so. Stephen was very assuring and did a great job of getting the water out of the basement. Kept me informed every step of the way. I would Recommend Serv Pro - if you are lucky you will have Stephen as a tech. I was very stressed - Stephen has a very calming demeanor, professional & polite. Very happy with the work that was done.
Stephen was awesome! Our area got hit really hard after a heavy rain and our basement had water in it from sewer back up. He got to us as soon as he could and walked us through the whole process! We have complete confidence that the basement is now dry.
