I was referred to SERVPRO of Sarasota by a reputable company and expected the same level of professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience left me quite disappointed. While the team who came out to perform the work onsite was professional, the overall process and communication from the office fell far short. What I wish had been made clear up front is that SERVPRO does not handle drywall repair, furniture replacement, or reinstalling closet shelving they remove. Bathroom fall at home. Lot of bleeding from head injury. Facing having to deal with the unpleasant cleanup on our own. A friend urged us to call Servpro of East Bradenton. Renaldo and Luis came out right away and worked their magic. Very professional and helpful. Respected our property. They had the supplies to clean different surfaces quickly and effectively. Brian, Sergo, Diaz and Brandon are great people, nice and accommodating. My mom doesn’t speak too much English, but Sergo and Diaz are very patient and explained everything in detail to her.
