Our experience with Servpro of Bradenton / Lakewood Ranch for mitigation and reconstruction services was contrary to the “seamless and stress free” language used in their promotional materials. This 6 month project involved multiple no- shows, significant delays in communication, damage to personal property including an antique bed, 2 cabinets, a full size bathroom mirror, curtains, along with paint dumped on our lawn twice.
