On August 5th 2024, we had a flood in our home. Everything on the floor was wet, quite a disaster. I removed all carpets, drywall in some areas, furniture, garage contents, etc. I called Servpro for an assessment. It took ServPro several days to come out to assess the situation. With every disaster comes blessings. Our home was flooded during Tropical Storm/Hurricane Debby (“Debby”). During the tear out phase, John Paul (“JP”) Davies was pulled from the restoration division of ServePro to help. What a blessing it was to have JP onsite! JP is the epitome of a professional. We recently had serve pro come out to our house to address mold issues and water damage. Reinaldo H. And Luis V. were the gentleman who serviced us. We were beyond impressed with their work ethic and professionalism. They did such a thorough and neat job- it was so relieving! We couldn’t recommend a better company! These guys were amazing.
