Our home flooded due to a pipe bursting. Our techs Ermin and Nico were very professional and courteous in this rather unfortunate situation. They treated myself, my wife, and our home with respect which is greatly appreciated. They were efficient in taking their measurements. They always reached out to us 20-40 mins before they would arrive. Dena was also very courteous, informative, and professional in her communications to us and what was being discussed with our adjuster.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Ermin for doing an absolutely outstanding job getting my place ready for inspection! The apartment is spotless—immaculately clean—and he completely eliminated the lingering cat odor. He was incredibly professional, punctual, and kept me informed every step of the way. I truly appreciate his dedication and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Servpro to anyone looking for top-quality cleaning and restoration services!
**UPDATE** Art and I went over items that I was billed for that were never actually done. If you use this company watch EVERYTHING they do!!! Look at your bill several times. I ended up giving up and I guess that’s the point. Since I was not able to trust this company to rebuild my damaged home from Hurricane Milton. I have had to look for another company to help. I reached out to Servpro for a second opinion for a moisture issue I was having in my home. Daniel Roman came to inspect my home. He was very knowledgeable, very respectful and explained everything in detail. Although I couldn’t utilize their services, I highly recommended Servpro. Daniel did everything he promised and did it timely.
Two very professional young men, Matthew and Jayden,helped me with my slab leak this past weekend. They set up the blowers and dehumidifier in the damaged area of my house and always checked with me about a convenient time for their return to check the moisture in my house.
