ServPro was very proactive and monitored the progress of water damage remediation at our office park.
At 10:59 pm the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, we had a pipe burst and flood 2 floors of our home. I called ServPro in the middle of the night and they had 9 people at our house before 8:00 am Wednesday morning. Everyone exhibited high levels of professionalism, they clearly communicated the action plan and kept us in the loop throughout the process.
