The owner of Downtown Servpro will not do business with me because I mentioned my previous contractor's lies and not willing to communicate with me regarding my insurance claim. He's taking another person's word, just like how the police protect their own. Look elsewhere for a respectful, truthful contracting company.
This company makes fictitious line items on your invoice to inflate the cost. I got an inspection done on a bedroom adjacent to my water heater closet by the patio, and they found no moisture. My invoice came, and they want to charge $208 for an emergency call (just for them to come out and do an inspection), and $130 for 1.75 hours of “equipment set up, take down, and monitoring”. The inspector pointed a handheld scanner in the room and found no moisture, but want to charge this fictitious line item. Very shady business fro... read more
Employees who cannot speak and/or understand simple English should not be allowed to communicate with clients. As in my case, I relayed my experience to the lead tech. He immediately quit the job, removed his equipment saying he can't have his employees berated as I had done. Even though, I told him that the employee in question initiated the experience but he could have cared less. Seems he is not quite manager material if he can't accept and take action on the client's experience. I must have hit a nerve.
The entire experience was very quick and done very clean and efficient. Jesus and Alonzo did an amazing job working with my schedule and needs. Thanks to the entire Servpro crew for your services.
Juan L and his team did an amazing job at my home. Dealing with any kind of unexpected home repair is stressful and often confusing, but Juan and his team were so professional, and they gave a lot of attention to detail. Juan made sure that everything was as good as it possibly could be. If the need should ever arise again (and I really hope it doesn’t!) I would absolutely use SERVPRO.
