Where does one start with this review - 1. They listen to calls reporting fire 2. They swarm your property like vultures MINUTES after. Even while fire trucks are putting the fire out. It’s like adding insult to injury and it was not appreciated. I was actually disgusted by it. Tell Merritt her attitude could have been different. The up and down “Sorry about your house” SUCKED. I will never use or recommend your company. Your should probably reevaluate your methods of obtaining business. Just an honest opinion.

Gerardo, Ally, and their team was incredible! They were very informative and helpful. I could not recommend their team more. Justin Strickland and his team was also incredible! Mr. Strickland exceeded my expectations with kindness, dedication, and time management. I could not recommend him enough.

I can’t say enough great things about SERVPRO of Mount Pleasant, especially Ivan and his crew. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and incredibly thorough. Ivan took the time to explain the entire process, answered all of our questions, and made a stressful situation much easier to manage.
