Do not use Servpro for your reconstruction needs. I had a house fire, and the first time my insurance representative came through my door, he brought a Servpro clean up crew with him. Since they were on site ready to work I agreed for them to do the clean up. Then it was time for reconstruction. I was given the opportunity to choose any contractor I wanted. If you need someone to help for a water disaster in your house, SERVPRO is the company to call! Paul Williams, Mitigation Manager, led the team and helped me understand what was going to take place. Jose Arvizu, Restoration Supervisor , was amazing to take action to survey the immediate damage and start the process of restoration. SERVPRO came to my townhouse at 10 pm on a Tuesday night when my toilet was overflowing due to tree roots in the pipes.
