What a fabulous company! The office and technicians responded promptly. We found the entire team to be professional and knowledgeable and appreciate that they took the time to explain the process to us. All of our questions were answered from start to finish. Servpro of Mt. Pleasant and Downtown did a wonderful job and I would highly recommend their valuable services to anyone needing remediation and reconstruction services.

I had a very disappointing experience with Servpro. I was told I’d need to close my restaurant for a full day (maybe two) for the work to be completed — but when the day came, they sent two young workers who clearly had no idea what they were supposed to be doing. They didn’t have the proper equipment, didn’t perform the services that were agreed upon, and were finished in less than 2 hours. When I inspected their work, nothing had actually been done.
