There was an ice block that damaged my den when it began melting and leaking inside. The service was excellent. Mireilly and Robert walked me through the process. The teams came in a very timely manner. The remediation and restoration were very efficient and professional. Robert continued to follow up to be sure things were going as expected. Janel, Amilcar, and Harri were EXCEPTIONAL! Having a flooded kitchen and basement is a difficult experience, but Janel was kind and helpful, making the process as easy as possible. He always made sure I understood what was happening, why it was happening, and what would happen next. He explained every step of the mitigation process with patience and understanding.They were professional, thorough, and friendly. Though no one wants to deal with flooding from a burst pipe, this team made the mitigation process easy.
