Servpro provided cleaning and restoration services to my lower level due to a water loss. Josh and Craig were the assigned technicians and they were GREAT! They were informative, always punctual, very respectful and just all around nice guys. I highly recommend this company; ask for Josh and Craig!

Chris Sherman served as my contact helping to arrange and follow through on work performed by contractors making repairs for areas damaged in my home after a pipe burst. Chris not only explained how and what was going to be done but as the work was being completed he constantly stayed in contact with me. This made the process easier while repairs were being made. I would not hesitate to contact Servpro if needed in the future, and of course, request Chris.

Be prepared to be left high and dry. Servpro shows up quick they do their job and they broke my window, it’s been about 11 days now and still I’m left up with a boarded window. They take no responsibility for what they did and had the nerve to report the broken window to my insurance company. The tarp they left to keep the rain out before the contractors has blown off and rain is entering my roof again. I texted and had to call the main office to get a reply.
