Louis and his mitigation team did great work for us on cleaning up, drying out and demoing our kitchen after a flooding. It took longer than expected and they had positive attitudes thought out and answered all of my questions. I gave an 4 instead of a 5 because I sometimes I had issues with their communication and timeliness when we set appointments I would often be waiting. However once they did arrive they were great to work with.
