My neighborhood experienced a watermain break and this led to multiple homes' basements flooding. Mine was one of them along with all of my immediate neighbors. ServPro was the first company on the scene for at least my home and the two immediately adjacent to mine. The watermain break took place on/around January 24, 2026, at approx. 6:30pm. Alex T, Jordi C and Alexander Urbano from Servpro helped make this clean up process very simple. These gentlemen did quick and efficient work. Communication was always very clear and on point. If they could not answer our questions they would have us quickly in contact with Dominic. Very professional and very friendly while doing a dirty and labor intensive job. Thanks.
