DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY After heavy rain during home construction, our home builder hired ServPro Team Landers to clean mud off concrete in an unfinished lower level with no drywall, no insulation, just basic cleaning work. Five workers for roughly 7 hours, therefore approximately 35 hours of total labor. Their first invoice: $19,893 which equates to $568 per man-hour (fully loaded number including overhead and profit). Not happy with original cleanup, contacted company. They sent out someone to check on work. He sent out Brian and his crew to remedy shoddy work and they were wonderful! Did an excellent job, and kept me informed. Very happy with Brian and his crew.
