I had a issue with my house. Service was quick and efficient. Reps and service team were friendly! Super easy to work with.
I came into an unfortunate incident where I had some water damage and these people were absolutely amazing. They’ve made everything as seamless as possible. They have great attitudes. They’re very friendly. They are thorough and very professional. I was having a lot of anxiety about having all this work done and they’ve done nothing but make it so much easier I would recommend them to anyone.
Use caution when working with your insurance company and this firm. State Farm was lying them directly (via the corporate office). They also billed me for the same instance, promising to pay me back when they received money from the corporate owner. I was told this could take up to ten days. Basically I am floating the local franchise cash while they await payment from their corporate partner. This has delayed the project by several days and maybe weeks. The space is dry. I am just absolutely thrilled at the excellent service I received from Ed, he was very informative throughout the process and eased a lot of my anxiety about how bad the damage was. Based on the excellent customer service he provided as well as the great work he did, I will absolutely be suggesting SERVPRO to anyone I know that needs clean up and restoration work done!
