Use caution when working with your insurance company and this firm. State Farm was lying them directly (via the corporate office). They also billed me for the same instance, promising to pay me back when they received money from the corporate owner. I was told this could take up to ten days. I am just absolutely thrilled at the excellent service I received from Ed, he was very informative throughout the process and eased a lot of my anxiety about how bad the damage was.
