Nope! Paid to have the hood cleaned, didn't clean the vents. Didn't notice until it started dripping and took the filter off to see what was behind it. Called the company on several occasions, said they would come out. Never did. Won't respond to calls for months. This is a big nope for me! Evidently they lost a huge account at OSU. I totally get it!

Andy went above and beyond to check on us. We called in over the weekend because a tree went through our roof. Ashley referred us to Quality Roofing. Sarah immediately called us. They were on site and handled it. Today however Andy followed up with us to see if we needed anything else. It was that extra step in caring and reassuring us we were in good hands. Well done Serpro and Quality Roofing. Would recommend to anyone.

We had a small flood in the house. The team from SERVPRO were professional, helpful and supportive. Most importantly, and i cannot stress this enough, they were honest. They did not try to up sell us on services we did not need. They were courteous and treated my wife with total respect.
