We had such a great experience with Amanda, Aaron, and Ross at SERVPRO during a really stressful water loss incident that extended through all 3 levels of our home. Thank you SO much to serve pro for blocking access to my driveway with refusal to move 5 feet back for AN ENTIRE Friday. The last Friday before my kids go back to school cannot be spent outside either and the guys calling me derogatory names and using nasty language was the added bonus to the service the “pros” clearly don’t provide. Great work 🤎

The response was quick and calm. Jasen was incredible at the initial meeting and evaluation. Mason and Anylyc were so professional and efficient in the organization and cleanup after the flood happened. Jasen kept in touch with each step of the process and great updates. Rebecca and Charlie were great with the wall and flooring removal. They kept everything neat and organized. I highly recommend this group if you have an emergency. I am meeting with the repair group next

I experienced a water backup in my home which was a very distressing event for me. The ServPro cleanup team from Medina, Jorbit and Lizmar, and project manager, Ross, far exceeded my expectations in every way. They clearly communicated what was being done and answered all my questions. They came to my house at the scheduled time each day and worked nonstop all day each consecutive day except for a lunch break until the work was done. Purchasing a house and there was a mold spot in the garage that the bank wanted inspected and taken care of before financing my loan. Trey was able to come out next day and inspect for free then when I needed the work done he finished ahead of schedule and was very professional and accommodating at every step. Couldn't recommend more
