I experienced a water backup in my home which was a very distressing event for me. The ServPro cleanup team from Medina, Jorbit and Lizmar, and project manager, Ross, far exceeded my expectations in every way. They clearly communicated what was being done and answered all my questions. Purchasing a house and there was a mold spot in the garage that the bank wanted inspected and taken care of before financing my loan. Trey was able to come out next day and inspect for free then when I needed the work done he finished ahead of schedule and was very professional and accommodating at every step. Couldn't recommend more

Honestly, not a great experience and a waste of my time. The estimator who came out was kind, courteous, and efficient, however he quickly informed me that while they would rip out the damage, they aren't accepting new repair clients. I did specifically ask about this when booking the appointment, had servpro given me accurate info I would have prioritized other vendors. Having damage is stressful enough, the last thing I need is a company wasting my time.
We unfortunately experienced extensive water damage on all 3 floors of our home from a recent 2nd floor bathroom remodel. The day of the issue we worked with our insurance company to dispatch ServPro who exceeded our expectations from the minute they arrived all the way through the mitigation process which took almost 2 weeks.
