ServPro was excellent in removing moisture and damaged contents from our flooded finished basement. Their employees worked diligently and quickly to remove the water damage and ruined items. ServPro responded immediately to our request for assistance. Their large dehumidifiers and fans had dried our wet basement in less than a week. All damaged carpeting was also removed and hauled away. I am a very satisfied customer!
Greatly appreciate their kindness, patience, and attention to their work. Only thing is that I wish the reinstall could be scheduled sooner. Overall great job! Ross was phenomenal!
Travis first came out to assess the situation. He was very professional and set us at ease. Amanda and Anthony were such a hard working team!!! They were so well organized and extremely thorough! Ross and Jacob stopped out daily to check humidity levels and I could not be more pleased. The communication and professionalism from everyone that we met was top notch. I felt like their only client!!! Definitely recommend!!!!
We had a kitchen water leak that destroyed our bamboo floors and Sheetrock. Travis came out to assess our damage. Then we met Ross our project manager and it was a great experience from start to finish! His crew Lismar and Yorberth made an excellent team. They were careful, considerate and very trustworthy. Beware of Servpro’s Disorganization and Predatory Practices Servpro recently hired someone to harass us over payment for work done years ago at my late grandmother’s home—work that was not only incomplete but also poorly executed. She has since passed away, yet they persist with their demands. It's funny that they didn't make collection attempts until after we called, fearing she had long term exposure to asbestos glue due to the incomplete flooring work. This feels incredibly predatory.
