We had a small kitchen fire that caused a huge mess thru-out our house. That black, oily soot got 'everywhere'. We/Insurance Co hired ServPro to do the clean-up/restoration. I must say that all the ServPro staff were fantastic. I am a retired U.S. Army Engineer Officer of 24 yrs, so I know a good deal about personnel, training, standards, and attention to detail. Best company to use in an emergency involving your home or business. We had a leak in our roof on Saturday evening they were there Sunday early morning, very professional very prompt & Don't try to upsell you on anything you don't need, and very honest. Scott and Ritchie are the absolute best, because of them I will only be using servpro for all my home emergencies. I highly recommend them. Big thanks to Scott and Ritchie.
Servpro was Awesome! On March 15th we had a crazy rainstorm that inundated our home with groundwater. Servpro was so helpful, very honest and really fast! They managed to save our carpet and helped us to dry out. Ritchie and Cameron were on the scene and they were great in helping us make some decisions about how to mitigate the water issues and move forward with repairs. Leo & Jamie went above & beyond to make my experience top notch. EVERYTHING was explained before and after my furniture cleaning was done. I also want to give Kudos the the office girl (Sorry, I forgot your name). I needed fast, but not emergent service. Once I sent pics of what needed cleaning, she acquire a quote very quickly, then emailed it to me as well as a phone call. I could not ask for better service all around.
