Leo & Jamie went above & beyond to make my experience top notch. EVERYTHING was explained before and after my furniture cleaning was done. I also want to give Kudos the the office girl (Sorry, I forgot your name). I needed fast, but not emergent service. Once I sent pics of what needed cleaning, she acquire a quote very quickly, then emailed it to me as well as a phone call. I could not ask for better service all around.
I recently had a kitchen fire & Servpro was used through my renters insurance. Jamie, Cameron & Leo were very professional, friendly & made you feel as if these weren’t strangers coming into your home. They did an AMAZING job cleaning my house top to bottom even down to the last shiny spoon!!! They were always in good spirits the 5 days they were there, as I’m sure a job like that can be tiresome, shoutout to these gentleman & thank you Servpro for getting the job done!!
The recon crew was great-- Tim and Rob attended to all details and maintained a great attitude throughout the project. They were at my house for 8 days painting and worked very hard. I'm pleased with the results and highly recommend Serv Pro of Cumberland, Morgan, & White Counties!
We had the pleasure to meet this company by accident. We had not one, but two water damage events about 15 days apart. We first were greeted by Zaia on the phone, who was very helpful and listened to my every concern. She immediately got with scheduling and had a team, Ayden & Cameron, come out in just 2 hours.
