Chuck, Jim, and the office staff were amazing. They did what they said they would, when they said they would, always polite and friendly. I contacted them about a flood after the heavy rains and they were out immediately with the tools to make it better. They came over every day to check on the progress, even in the heavy snow.

During a historical rain, our townhome's basement got flooded just as we were about to sell the property. We lived far away, so we hired a restoration company. They wanted over six grand to fix the damage, which seemed outrageous. Thankfully, we got another estimate from SERVPRO of Crofton, MD, and they quoted just over two grand, which was much better. Absolutely excellent service by Chuck! He explained everything, worked with me on times that were most convenient around my work schedule. And probably the best part was that I received a phone call back within 5 min when I called Sunday morning on Father's Day. Chuck was able to come by within 10 minutes to assess my situation & immediately got to work on getting rid of the wet carpet, insulation, & drywall. Would highly recommend!

Like many others in the area this afternoon, we had basement flooding following heavy rain. Chuck was super responsive and arrived himself to get the water up and help figure out a workaround to a non-working sump pump.
