I recently had water damage in my home and contacted SERVPRO for restoration services. From the initial phone call through the completion of the job, James was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. He arrived within an hour of my initial call, explained the restoration process clearly, and kept me informed every step of the way. They treated our home with care and were respectful, courteous, and thorough throughout the project.

My mother recently experienced a house fire, and we quickly moved items to a less-damaged side of the house so they could be restored. We called to have someone come out, and he did not show up. We called and left a voicemail and he called back that night and said he couldn’t make it. A new meeting was scheduled and he told us we should total everything (including the items we saved like antique furniture, etc) and he didn’t want the job and we should call someone else. We were shocked. Would never recommend this company.

We had a flood two weekends ago (10 pm) and Servpro was there the next morning (on a Sunday) to start the process of drying our floors and baseboards. James was very friendly and explained the entire process to us. Definitely recommend their services.

Excellent service, professionalism and all around nice guys, James and Antwan! Explained everything very well and kept me informed all the way thru the water damage clean-up process. Would definitely use ServePro again!
