Serv-Pro brought my contents pod back today that was picked up on January 19th, 2024. Dallas had a bad weather freeze and my pipes broke flooding my house. A full 9 months later and I have a rebuilt home and finally getting my "Stuff" back. StatecFarm has been great. BGE Services, NOT SERV-PRO, did my awesome built back. The Contents guys that unpacked my pod were Derek, Kyle and Tyler. They were so careful with my things and were very efficient! So far... these 3 guys were the best part of Serv-Pro.
