I have just finished the Cleaning and Restoration phase of my fire loss. Herbert and his team that were assigned to my project are professional and also very sensitive in the midst of this tragedy. Serv-Pro brought my contents pod back today that was picked up on January 19th, 2024. Dallas had a bad weather freeze and my pipes broke flooding my house. A full 9 months later and I have a rebuilt home and finally getting my "Stuff" back. StatecFarm has been great. BGE Services, NOT SERV-PRO, did my awesome built back. We went through two plumbers and a leak detection company to help us figure out a mystery puddle, but it was Andrew at Servpro who finally helped discover where the moisture and leak was coming from. On his recommendation, we called our plumber back and we were able to find and fix the leak in a matter of hours.
