Serv-Pro brought my contents pod back today that was picked up on January 19th, 2024. Dallas had a bad weather freeze and my pipes broke flooding my house. A full 9 months later and I have a rebuilt home and finally getting my "Stuff" back. StatecFarm has been great. BGE Services, NOT SERV-PRO, did my awesome built back. We went through two plumbers and a leak detection company to help us figure out a mystery puddle, but it was Andrew at Servpro who finally helped discover where the moisture and leak was coming from. On his recommendation, we called our plumber back and we were able to find and fix the leak in a matter of hours. We have used Servpro for two years and counting now (through our home owners insurance) - and our experience has been nothing short of excellent! Unfortunately, our home had back to back years of flooding in our kitchen due to repeat AC condensation line clogging/leaking.
