I hired ServPro for storm cleanup after the recent severe weather (Fern Ice Storm), and the experience was extremely disappointing. I was charged $12,000 for what turned out to be very minimal mitigation work. Much of the damaged property was not fully removed, leaving me to deal with issues that should have been handled as part of their service. Had SERVPRO of Columbus/Starkville come to my home to clean the air ducts. They were on time, worked quickly, communicated effectively, were polite/respectful, and cleaned up after themselves! All around good experience. Worth the investment into my home! Would highly recommend their services.
