Discovered a long-standing water leak from a refrigerator issue after moving into a new house. Called Servpro and they were quick and responsive and got started with the mitigation process the next day. The whole team (David, Jonathan, Joshua, Roy, Katelynn and Jorge) worked for 1 week to complete the process. Very thorough and detailed and explained everything as the process went on. CONSUMER BEWARE! We had a flood from a clean-water supply line and called this company trusting that, as the professionals, they would handle it properly. We had never dealt with water damage before, so we had no reason to question what they were telling us. They treated the cleanup as though the water was contaminated, which resulted in a much more extensive and expensive process.
