I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this experience warrants one. This was not a major emergency. I contacted Servpro after hours primarily to be responsible and to ensure a neighboring office was not affected from a sink overflow. The scope of work was very limited: no standing water, under 200 sq. ft. of damp carpet basic extraction, and a chemical treatment that I was told was required and could not be declined. Landon, Rachel, Roy and then entire Servpro team were amazing. They listened to us and were awesome to work with. From the middle of the night to end of remediation we could not have asked for better service. They were professional, friendly, clean and did everything they could to preserve our property after an unfortunate flood situation!

Once Servpro was contacted, their response was immediate. Daniel Hill's crew was courteous and informative. They demonstrated the appropriate knowledge, utilized up-to-date technology, and provided continual follow-up, resulting in a rapid and ultimately successful solution. Now update. I had them come to my house July 2024 for a ceiling leak. They cut open my kitchen ceiling and to this day have not fixed it. I have had nothing but a run around trying to get it fixed. The Servpro team, David, Carson and Josh came out to help us with the clean-up/restoration of a water back up in our home. We were pleased with the care and time that was taken to ensure we understood the step by step process. It was also great they put down floor protection, which kept the floor clean as they went in out the front door for equipment. They were quick, efficient, professional and courteous.
