Outstanding experience with SERVPRO of Columbia County! After a pipe burst in our home, Billy, Dakota, Keith, and Kayla went above and beyond to make a stressful situation much easier for our family. The entire team was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly courteous. They communicated clearly throughout the process, kept us informed every step of the way, and showed genuine care and respect for our home, our children, and even our dog. I would highly recommend ServPro for any home issues and project management of water clean up and coordination of repairs. The teams are quick to respond, super helpful, efficient, handled my furniture with care, understanding, responsive and go above and beyond to ensure you’re in the best hands. I have felt confident with their services. They were able to get my home cleaned up and worked with my insurance company making it less stressful. Huge kudos to the entire team! Convenient that Servpro has all the contractors available so no need for me to go looking for different companies to deal with the reconstruct... read more
