Very impressed with their quick response and knowledgeable, professional solutions to our water damage. Josh, Wyatt, JB, Sam, Preston, Misty, and Horatio worked hard to get the mitigation started asap and explained the process very well and understood and patiently helped me during a stressful time. No one wants to wake up and realize that a water line burst during the night and their kitchen is flooded AND it’s made its way into the living room etc… Brian & Wyatt showed up quickly and immediately helped ease my frantic mind. They started their process of documenting everything! Although the damage is extensive, once Jeff & Eli joined them they made quick work of tearing out what they could (awaiting insurance approval for things) and getting the fans in place.
