Keith & Michael at ServPro in Lake City are AWESOME! They cleaned out our dryer vent and reconnected the hose securely (it was loose with lots of figure 8’s — not efficient!). These men are kind, skilled, relatable and very professional. They explained in detail, step-by-step, what they were doing. I learned that ServPro also cleans/shampoos home flooring and furniture AND vehicle upholstery/carpet. Keith & Michael did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. They were on time, polite, friendly and very efficient. Obviously they knew what they were doing and they cleaned up after themselves. I Highly Recommend them.

Absolutely amazing service! It began with great customer service with admin assistant Catherine, and continued with Keith and Michael, the technicians. We arranged to have multiple dryer vent clean-outs in our community. Technicians were on time and courteous. I greatly appreciated their professionalism. I would not hesitate to have them back again should the need arise.
