The gentlemen that come out to clean our carpets are professional, hardworking and detail oriented. They do a phenomenal job and I call ServPro whenever I have water damage from flooding or carpet cleaning.

Awesome service! From first contact to completion. Our project was a total home reconstruction from a fire and we couldn’t be more pleased with everything Servpro handled for us. Our heroes in this adventure were Bobbie, Brian, Johnny, Catherine, Ronny, and the shining star Greg. Hope I didn’t leave anyone out! You can’t go wrong with Servpro!

Keith & Michael at ServPro in Lake City are AWESOME! They cleaned out our dryer vent and reconnected the hose securely (it was loose with lots of figure 8’s — not efficient!). These men are kind, skilled, relatable and very professional. They explained in detail, step-by-step, what they were doing. I learned that ServPro also cleans/shampoos home flooring and furniture AND vehicle upholstery/carpet. I need it ALL and after my wonderful experience with Keith and Michael this morning, I am going to schedule more services ASAP!... read more
