SERVPRO of Columbia was AMAZING. They helped us in a big time of need. They arrived on the scene of a severe sewage back-up in our basement quickly and worked non-stop over the course of a week to get our basement completely cleaned up, dry, and worked tirelessly to demo our bathroom. They were friendly, understanding, communicative, and efficient!!! I didn’t know people like this existed in the world. They are truly phenomenal at what they do.
Dorian and his team were amazing. They made this horrendous situation with a pipe bursting so much better. They were professional and quick to get to our residence and get our water damage cleaned up quickly and efficiently! They were super nice and compassionate about our whole situation. They made this situation less stressful for us. We will use them again in the future if we ever have a need for them! I highly recommend Dorian and his team for any water mitigation you may have!
