If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not bother trying to use ServPro if you are a cash paying customer. They came out for the quote, told us all about how they charge insurance companies to the max for their services and then when we told them we were paying cash, they left and refused to complete our quote. We called the office multiple times for weeks and was blown off. No worries, Environmental Resources, Inc. of Alton fixed is up without delay and at a third of the cost quoted.
