If I could leave zero stars I would. Do not bother trying to use ServPro if you are a cash paying customer. They came out for the quote, told us all about how they charge insurance companies to the max for their services and then when we told them we were paying cash, they left and refused to complete our quote. We called the office multiple times for weeks and was blown off. No worries, Environmental Resources, Inc. of Alton fixed is up without delay and at a third of the cost quoted. Horrible!!!! This is the debris left behind after the fire clean up and debris removal which took 2 months. The slow, undermanned work caused a delay in reconstruction. If I could give 0 stars, I would. They also left the basement door unlocked. Would not recommend.
November of 2022 I had a sewage back up on the craw space of my newly bought home. I called Servpro and went there insurance they came the next day and sucked out the sewage from the crawl space, replaced the contaminated section of the vapor barrier and spread lime. today i am in the processes of selling the home i find out that there is large mold growth in the crawl space. so i call out a reputable mold inspector and to found that the work this company did to be insufficient and not meet Illinois building code. so i call ... read more
