ServPro of Coeur d'Alene has been wonderful. They came out the same day my insurance company gave the go ahead to start remediation on my basement which was filled with sewer water for 6 hours due to a town wide flood. The men have been professional and very helpful to me! I wholeheartedely recommend them to anyone!! A shout out to Connor and Raven for their professionalism in helping to mitigate the sewer water from my basement.

Chad and Christian were wonderful. Very informative of the process and everything they were going to do. Someone came everyday to check on the fans and everyone that came were very professional. Would highly recommend them.
Stars are for the business. The communication between the staffing was difficult. We felt as though no one knew what or who was doing the next step. From day 1 we were told we would have consistent staffing which we had at least 7 different guys. I told the first staff that we wanted everything fixed and 2 weeks into it a different staff member asked when we were going to have the roof fixed. Conner, Christian, and Eric serviced our home after a leak occurred in our ceiling. These guys were awesome! They were super professional, clean, and got the job done. I was really impressed by Servpro. I went in thinking they would be more expensive than their competitors but that wasn’t the case at all. Their process is efficient and saved me money.
