Thomas (rebuild) did excellent work to get us through our reconstruction. I got a daily update on most days through the effort, he listened to my line items, concerns negotiated with insurance on my behalf, and wasn’t pushy when I voiced follow-up items at the final walkthrough. Thomas (pack-out/in), Cindy, Brandon, Sam, and Jeremicah were gentle with my belongings. A lot of stuff was moved off-site, but everything returned without issue.
Servpro employees were very thorough and kind as they helped us clean up our house after a tree fell on it and filled it with debris. They also tarped the roof to prevent further damage. We were very satisfied with their services.
