I had a flood at my house and I made the call to Servpro of Coeur d’Alene and they responded within 40 minutes, remediated all the water damage and placed all their equipment for drying expeditiously and professionally. The guys were great, very thorough and very descriptive than their duties.

Wyatt, Brandon, Thomas, Seth were great help to me. Jeffrey did all the construction and he is the best. Quality work And not only professional but very friendly and always took into considerations my questions.

ServPro was a lifesaver! Thomas kept me informed every step of the way. We are elderly and our insurance man and our oldest son take care of finances for us. Thomas kept us in the loop,picked up checks,met me when it was convenient for me and was able to get the condo back in order for our tenant in time for her little girl to start school in September. I cannot recommend them more highly! If you need help, they are the people to call.

Had a garage fire and smoke damage throughout my home. Servpro was out immediately to help. Stephan was able to find us a room for the night even though July in CDA a very busy time. They did a great job securing my home, demo work & cleaning house. All Employees, Stephen, Cindy & Cyndi and their teams were very kind & sympathetic of my situation Thank You ServPro
