Finished basement flooded. Servpro came promptly and efficiently removed the water, flooring, parts of the wallboard, and got the area totally dried out. After the insurance was worked out Servpro returned and repaired the damage. Everyone was professional and I am pleased with the results. They charged my mom $2500 to "clean" an empty 800 sq ft house. The employees were very nice. However, the work was incomplete, not done at all, or inadequate. I had to clean (what they already cleaned), appliances, cubords, windows, ect. I cleaned for hours every day for a few days after they already did it.
