In October 2022, my family and I called Servpro to look at my roof, which was damaged due to high winds and rain. Aside from the roof, my bedroom was growing mold from the leak. The day that Servpro decided to come to investigate the damage, they forgot; they arrived two days later. They had poor customer service and they never talk to you. If you ask questions would get rude answers. They came to my house I have dogs and they was put in a cage and the guy said put them dogs behind closed door or I will leave. Then they left a mess in the kitchen and the vent was not covered either. I just had to replace my AC unit because it had saw dust and dirt clogged it up.
