My elderly mother had a flood in her basement in October. Servpro came in immediately and began restoring the basement and arranged for asbestos abatement. SERVEPRO performed a miracle job on our new home. We bought a house that had not been lived in for a year. During that time a new wood floor had beenput in with a Swedishwood finish. Upon moving in, I found the chemical outgassingof the wood floor finish was more than I could handle for more than 2 hours inside the home. Obviously a big problem.
