Dorian and Dan came out to clean the carpeting and drapes. I can honestly say this was the best carpet cleaning I’ve ever had! They started by vacuuming. I’ve never had that done before! Very friendly and professional guys. Dorian explained everything. I will definitely be calling Servpro of Citrus County again.
Debra, Angie, Dorian, Matt, Erick, Ray, and Romonda were very empathetic and understanding of the situation I was in and acted promptly to take care of the water removal. DorianThey were excellent and thorough in removing the water and drying the floor/carpet/walls. Carpet was cleaned and furniture replaced. I have already recommended them to friends and relatives.
I called and talked with Debra about the problems we were having at our new place in Floral City. Ro came out and assessed our situation and advise us what to do. We followed his instructions and the problem is solved. Thank you guys so much and we know who we will call next time we need help with water damage or mold or any service that you guys provide.
