Romanda came out to my house to give me an estimate on redoing my bathroom after a recent flood. Super nice guy and would have been happy to work with him. However, I was informed today that I would need to pay $500 before they would provide any quote, with no guarantee of what the quote would even be. The $500 would be put towards the job provided you chose them for the job but you would lose that $500 if you decided to go with another contractor. Terrible customer service. They set appointment times then abruptly cancel or set the appointment back multiple hours. This has caused me to lose time and money because of missing work. Their prices are extremely high and way over priced. Save yourself the headache they caused me, and please do not use this terrible company.

We tasked them with cleaning all the 4” x 4” rough cut beams with tongue and groove ceilings, that is a difficult job. It was done very well. When it needs to be done again they will get the call.
