Came back from our vacation with a leak in the walls which Servpro addressed. From the very beginning our experience was excellent with total professionalism from everyone that we encountered. Working with the on-site Water Mitigation Team under Kevin G's lead was a very positive experience amongst the mess my home was reduced to by an almost month long leak while I was on vacation. They were prompt, reliable & thorough in removing the moisture & then microbial growth which passed air quality inspection. I would without hesitation recommend their service to anyone with water intrusion.
My mom had a water damage in her home and we called out Servpro of Chino. Fernand and his team (Kevin, Felipe) were wonderful. They took care of my mom’s place like it was their own. We started noticing black spots on our bedroom walls and honestly I freaked out thinking it was mold. Our landlord called Servpro and they sent Fernand the manager, seriously the nicest guy ever. He took the time to explain everything and made me feel way less stressed about it. He came with Chris, they put up plastic, removed the bad drywall, and cleaned everything up so good.
