I wish I had read this group's reviews before taking the recommendation to use them for the restoration of my newly widowed mother's home that was flooded when pipes burst on Christmas Day 2022. A week later my mother had a stroke and it fell to me to take care of her home. Wayne promised so much and the demo started without any trouble. But by April, Wayne still had not finished the estimate to submit to insurance for the restoration. My experience started about 11 p.m. on a Monday night. It said 24 hrs. Service so I called and she asked if it was an emergency. I said my floor was flooded with about 2" of water so I considered that an emergency. She said she would have someone call me which they did the next day. By then I had already gotten up most of the standing water 💧 by working all night. He said I was doing a good job and left without taking the job for some unknown reason.??? I cannot stress strong enough, Do Not use the Coosa, Chilton franchise. They are absolutely the worst. I had severe water damage and house furniture and belongings had to be packed out to replace floors. They didn’t pack out some furniture because they said it was too heavy. They left 25+ boxes they packed up sitting in my living room floor. Floors were not dried out properly. Wow! What a fantastic experience given the circumstances. Wayne and his crew went above and beyond with mitigation and clean up. While we are still in the middle of restoring our home, this group of men were professional, friendly, and hardworking! We appreciate their services and would always ask for them for future needs. Nearly non-existent communication, for sure non-existent initiative shown towards status updates. The bare minimum amount of effort put in to be paid for the job. Zero respect for my time in the end. Not much else that I can say except - I recommend doing your own research before trusting this local franchise to show you any respect beyond the initial inspection. In the end though, I really can't recommend.
