Very thorough remediation of water damage. Removed wet insulation in ceilings and walls.Thoroughly dried condo with fans , heaters and dehumidifiers. I had Servpro clean ducts after all work was done and the team did the project without any damage damage or debris to the new flooring and carpet.

All of the mitigation team employees that we met were friendly & respectful of my father's home & belongings. However, the work seemed to take an extensive amount of time - 8 days between removing the majority of the damaged floor & returning for the remaining 2sq feet. 3 full days between removing those last couple of floor patches & picking up their drying & dehumidifier equipment. The house was exposed down to the bare ground during 28° nights; we're hoping that the electric bill isn't going to be too significantly impact... read more
Took them 4 days just to get me an overpriced estimate. If you're in a hurry go elsewhere.
