Currently trying to get work completed by SERVPro of Chesterfield. The water remediation team was great, but everything afterwards has been downhill. My initial call was 4 months ago, and I still don't have a working bathroom. Heard all the excuses...supply chain, covid, employees, and more. They have all the material needed to start the job, plus 1/2 of the payment, but they haven't been able to actually start the work, and they are no longer responding to emails. Would not recommend.
