The ServPro team came in to restore our basement after a furnace blow-back covered EVERYTHING with black soot. Within 3 days, the team "spit-shined" the place. Taylor and Brenda were AMAZING--polite, professional, positive! Thanks to the entire team (whose names elude me now) for their rescue efforts on our behalf.

The same morning when a serious flood inundated the interior of my home, ServPro's Operations Manager arrived at 11AM to asses the damage, and then at 5PM that same day he returned with a crew who began their damage control. For 5 days thereafter they ran dehumidifiers and heat-fans in the affected rooms and every day they returned to take moisture readings. ServPro took my needs seriously and immediately and has solved a serious problem.

We had ServPro come complete some work following water damage inside our home. It took us a while to actually get on their schedule, working with insurance and their construction department. Once we did, the work was swift and looks great! We had dry wall repaired, wet floorboards replaced, siding fixed and painting done. Highly recommend working with them - Dan, Chad and Bob were professionals.

This winter we had pipes burst during a renovation that caused extensive damage to our house. Servpro earns a star for their swift response in getting our house dried out with heaters, dehumidifiers, and air movers. However, they were working on a quote for reconstruction repairs and have since completely abandoned the job. We have tried every avenue possible to reach Servpro and they are blatantly ignoring us. We had the City clearout flood our dirt basement Jan 5. Our insurance company called servpro to come out for the inspection which happened. We signed papers. And then nothing. They never responded to our insurance company again. The insurance company kept trying to get in touch for 2 months and when they did finally get someone to talk to them, servpro claimed that we told them that we didn't want the job done anymore. ???
