I called servpro to repair water damage in den and haHawaii. From first phone call to last visit, everyone was true professionals and great to work with during repairs. Thanks to Ms. Grizzle and especially to Max for their assistance. The work crew did a great job and even stayed late to complete the jobs. Wife and I are extremely happy. Thank you. Ps serv pro did the recovery on our house in 2022 when we were flooded by broken pipe. They were great also.
I have been waiting to hear from an owner of this company since July 15th. I have repeatedly asked for a call or email from someone who owns the company. My experience with this company has been nothing short of horrific. If I was the owner of this company, I would want to know about the way my employees have treated the customer. The mitigation process was expertly led by an exceptional team, particularly Susanne, who demonstrated exceptional professionalism and provided unwavering reassurance.
