Several miscommunications with regard to services being performed. But they did complete the remediation. Myself and my adjuster (who was handling services directly with Servpro) believed Servpro was also doing the repairs after the demo, so much so that the adjuster closed the claim thinking it was repaired. What a nightmare. A detailed review will follow, but for now: every time ServPro claimed to “fix” something, it created more problems for us to deal with. We’re still trying to understand how work presented as “professional” could result in such poor, negligent outcomes. We have serious concerns about this company’s practices and strongly urge others to look elsewhere.

I called servpro to repair water damage in den and haHawaii. From first phone call to last visit, everyone was true professionals and great to work with during repairs. Thanks to Ms. Grizzle and especially to Max for their assistance. The work crew did a great job and even stayed late to complete the jobs. Wife and I are extremely happy. Thank you. Ps serv pro did the recovery on our house in 2022 when we were flooded by broken pipe. They were great also.

I have been waiting to hear from an owner of this company since July 15th. I have repeatedly asked for a call or email from someone who owns the company. My experience with this company has been nothing short of horrific. If I was the owner of this company, I would want to know about the way my employees have treated the customer.
