Charged me &1635.00 to bring some fans over …ended up costing me $8765.00 … Rip-off’s!!!
Tech came out to access the situation on Wednesday and told me he would send estimate out by Friday or Monday. By Monday, I called his office to find out if I was going to be sent the estimate and was told that it was on the Project Manager's desk for him to go over and I would get it either that afternoon or next morning. By Tuesday afternoon, still have not heard from them.
Zack & Aubrey were the first responders when we had a pipe break and they were very helpful and professional. They did the initial mitigation measures within a few hours of calling our insurance company. Dave came by to check on things the next day and came back with Moose to tear up the remainder of the wet floors and remove cabinets that suffered loss and they were also very professional and a pleasure to have in our home. All in all I would highly recommend this company based on our experience!
