A few days ago, the ceiling on the first floor of my parents’ home suddenly leaked — like a bucket of water pouring down from above. I called Servpro Vancouver, and within about 20 minutes a young project manager named Leo arrived. He quickly found the cause: an old, leaking pipe in the upstairs bathroom.
