We had a water leak at our place, and SERVPRO of Central Vancouver responded right away. Richard was amazing throughout the whole process. He’s very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions clearly. He’s also easy to reach every day, patient, kind, and always willing to listen and accommodate any needs we had. I’m very grateful for the professional and friendly service. Highly recommend!
