In late June, we had an emergency water leak in our living room. Servpro promptly came on Saturday morning, set up water extraction and removal and also arranged the restoration work for us. Their team was extremely thorough and professional, and in less than a month, they restored our first floor to look even better than before. I truly appreciate their professional service and communication—everything was done with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. Thank you again! I highly recommend choosing them.

Servpro assisted me with restorations after I experienced a severe flood in my basement. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with them. Richard Liu was the contract manager and I was impressed with his professionalism. He oversaw a number of workers and always kept me apprised of the comings & goings as well as what work would be completed. He kept me informed with updates throughout the process. I am very pleased with the quality of work by yhe Servpro team. Highly recommend!

Excellent and very knowledgeable service from Alex Han. We had a leak and water got under our flooring. We assumed the worst and thought we’d have to tear up the whole floor, like another company told us without even seeing it. Glad I decided to call ServPro instead. Alex said he’d come by and take a look first. He was there an hour later. He did moisture readings which were low (we’d caught it asap, mopped up all the water and ran a dehumidifier all night).
