On June 18th, our school, Good Shepherd, was flooded, and we went through one of the most difficult experiences in our recent history. On June 18, our school experienced severe flooding that affected several areas, including our music room. Thanks to Wallace and the SERPRO team, all the instruments were recovered and saved. Wallace Irizarry was the Servpro employee who came to our home today after I called about a small mold problem we discovered in a closet. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Since the problem is so limited he gave me recommendations on how to remediate the small corner of mold. His reassurance made us feel much better.
