Jade and servpro team did an amazing job at my neighbors house!
I was just at a home near me that had a fire in there living room. ServPro was hired to clean from top to bottom upstairs and down stairs. They didn't show up till 10:30 every morning. Took an hour lunch along with at least 2 breaks during the time they were there and then left by 3:30 p.m. There was between 8-11 people there for 7 or 8 days. Our basement filled with water when our sump pump failed while away on vacation. Jade was at our home asap on a Sunday evening and was amazing throughout the 3 day process. We were confident that we were getting fair, factual help from her and the other members of the team. Although this situation was definitely a nightmare, we gladly opened our doors each day to the friendly nature of Jade and Donta.
