Kaylah is hands down the BEST PERSON to have help you. She was patient, answered all my questions thoroughly, and had the best attitude the entire experience. Literally the only reason I use PS is because I know I have Kaylah to go to for anything. She is THE BEST.
I should’ve read all the reviews before hiring this company… The lack of communication is insane and my husband tried calling Jayson to MULTIPLE times. The one time that I was able to reach him, I felt gaslighted by him when I approached him about the leak, and never fixed my water damage issue, maybe because I am a woman?... His tone is so unprofessional and like someone said it sounds more like a “bully” and I totally agree! Please… do not hire this company for your own sake…. Connor, DJ & Thomas were great to work with. They were prompt, professional, courteous and explained everything to us as the scope of work continued to evolve. We appreciate the super care as we were dealing with a stressful kitchen repair.
Connor and DJ just wrapped their mitigation job at my place. Both gentlemen were friendly, prompt, and professional. No one wants to deal with home damage, but if you're going through it; might as well have the best on your side. Great experience.
