Our insurance co. hired Servpro to clean up the water damage to 2 floors of our home in 1/24. As they completed their work in 3/24, they gouged our wood entry porch in the process of dragging their heavy machinery out. Kevin, the supervisor, assured it would be repaired. It's still not done. In 11/24 repairmen, Christian & Elmer, inspected the damage, & said they'd contact us "with a plan by the end of the week". We have talked to the office (Bella, Leslie, & Daniela )in Nov. Dec. I don't even know where to begin. Communication, there was none. They left the trailer with all of my stuff in it without a lock. One was provided but it got lost so they just left and left it unsecured. I called the only contact I had, Elmer, twice. Sent 2 text messages and called their office and spoke with Danielle who assured me she would have someone call me right back.
