Townhome was flooded due to an upstairs water leak. Everything was damaged, walls, ceilings, carpet, personal belongings, furniture, everything. My second story A/C Air Handler failed and leaked out of it spill pan, causing the water to seep down and across my bedroom and adjoining bathroom ceiling. I was only alerted that something was wrong when the water began to drip into the shower stall. It had found the light fixture, and fortunately was dripping into my shower stall...!
