Ryan Trey, Zoltan, and Kirby went above and beyond and were very attentive explanatory and committed to the service and follow up as needed to address the problem I had with a water leak, take corrective actionsand control further damage. All were very personable and willing to explain things make suggestions, jump right in and help.

The whole team were top notch. From Kirby, the Production Manager to both Ryan and Zack. They arrived quickly, answered all of our questions, gave us all the info we needed, were reassuring, in complete control and took over everything. I can’t say well enough about Kirby and Paul from Reno East Servpro. They rescued me when I didn’t know what to do and where to turn to. I had a major pipe breakage under my home and it had been there for a while. Hot water pipes. The house was like a sauna. They reassured me that everything would be okay. Their kindness and understanding was amazing. Being a senior citizen the stress and anxiety was unbelievable. They took care of me. Thank you, Kirby and Paul.
