Eric Kirby of ServPro Reno East was phenominal! He and his company were there at my house after it flooded to lift me up after the shock by reassuring me and explaining to me exactly how this process worked. Then he gave me boxes to pack with and offered me assistance many times as they walked out the door with my furniture. I had a hot water line leaking behind my bathroom wall for who knows how long. Servpro came in assessed the problem and started working right away. They removed damaged drywall, treated mold, and dried out the area. Ryan and crew were professional, competent, and fantastic at communicating.

Ryan Trey, Zoltan, and Kirby went above and beyond and were very attentive explanatory and committed to the service and follow up as needed to address the problem I had with a water leak, take corrective actionsand control further damage. All were very personable and willing to explain things make suggestions, jump right in and help.
