Project Coordinator Jonathan Smith directed very efficiently & competently the job. Our main problem was mold, condensation, exasperated by an old, worn out bathroom ceiling fan, & inadequate insulation in the attic above the air vents to that hall bathroom. He was very responsive to our questions, & quickly solved the problems our situation presented to the crews. Very good experience with Johnny and all the other team members with SERVPRO. Understanding, responsive, respectful and easy to work with. Had to use a restoration service about 10 years ago and had a much different experience. Not good! SERVPRO is professional and customer oriented. Highly recommend.
