I was trying to contact ServePro via email (could not find on website), to make aware that this driver ran me off the road onto the shoulder. I had just turned on 41N and was behind a tractor trailer and within seconds he speeds and pulls up with his passenger side to my driver side and forced me off a 2 lane road. If you have dash cameras please review as this just happened in the last few minutes. Awful service
Servpro came to my home to for mitigation on11/5,brought their equipment fans all over and left them in my downstairs area for approximately 1 month although they weren’t on all of that time after several calls to their representative they came and removed the fans. I wouldn’t allow them to tear up my walls because it didn’t seem necessary, the floors were supposed to be waterproof and they weren’t buckling!There was a problem because they wanted my insurance company to agree for a container to store my stuff to continue.
