Since 1/20/24 starting with the Macon crew, each ServePro team has been excellent in providing us with important information, amazing support, and timely services. On, 5/16/24 a Villa Rica team stepped up on short notice and packed our main level. The next day Team Carrollton ( Tiffany A., Shantae, Kassandra, Austin, Dustin, Jo, and Brandon), for moving and protecting our furniture. I am pleased with Servpro coming out and completing the disasters that happened in my moms kitchen they immediately came out and began working I especially love Tia she is great and goes over and beyond her job and that’s a plus for me I recommend Servpro a 10 out of 10
I am not always the easiest customer to work with, as a single woman you always have to have your guard up. I will say that all the staff that I worked with from water mitigation to fire and restore have all been pleasant. Tia did my pack out and I initially thought it was way too much for just one person, but I was very pleasantly surprised to see her make significant progress each day, she communicated consistently with me every day and through out the process and handle everything with care and did a great job getting it ... read more
