The Servpro representatives who came to my home because of a mice problem were very polite and thorough and soon discovered where the mice were getting inside my basement, and then blocked those areas. The next day another employee, Niki, came to do a thorough cleaning in my basement and under the kitchen and bathroom sinks where there were many disgusting mice droppings. She did an amazing job!
