Refused to give me an idea of the price of drying out floorboards over the phone. I understand that an inspection might reveal more, but how hard is it to give a customer a general idea? Must not fit the business model. The woman that answered the phone had no idea, and told me that anyone who would know would not be willing to tell me over the phone without coming out and charging me an inspection fee.

My kids had a flooding issue in their main floor that went into the basement. They called Servpro at 10:15 pm and were told a tech would call within 30 minutes and to call back if they hadn't heard from anyone. Well, 45 minutes passed with no call so they called again.
