Whatever crew of 10+ years that came out to Milan today on 5/6/26, likely their first stop, were a couple of young girls. Cussing, hitting their vapes while they are 40+ years old in my driveway was incredibly unprofessional. They got off calling their boss. It must be easy to get hired here
Really bad experience with the Ann Arbor, MI location. They showed up to remove flooring and drywall in the basement. As soon as they came in the house, they said the upstairs bathroom needed to be tore out as well. They were trying to rip my insurance company off. What a bunch of losers.
A special shoutout to Servpro for a job well done. We had serious water damage from a faulty washing machine. Required extensive repairs on two floors. Steve, the project manager, worked with extremely competent sub-contractors to ensure work was done at a top level. We wish to thank the subcontractors and also Adam for accommodating the unexpected surprises along the way with understanding and compassion. That made the whole process way less painful. Very happy to recommend Servpro for their professionalism.
