When our hot water heater failed it caused significant water damage ---warping our floors and soaking the carpet. We contacted Servpro and were immediately met with friendly, knowledgeable professionals who clearly explained the cleanup process and helped us feel reassured during a stressful time. I highly recommend this company for their prompt response, professionalism, and excellent service .

DO NOT use this company. My son and daughter-in-law have had the worst experience dealing with them. They caused damages that were not disclosed and they refuse to come out to look at it because my son and daughter-in-law were upset on the phone. YOU would be upset too if you had to deal with everything they have had to deal with. This was supposed to be a 2 week job and it has been almost 6 months and it is still not finished. The North Canton ServPro team was in our SecurCare facility. I met Chris, Kaleb, Jordan, Katie and Robert. I must say they were all very friendly and professional. I thank them all for taking good care of the facility while they are here.
