I contacted Servpro due to an issue with soot that was through out the house. The company came and assessed the damage in a reasonably quick time and submitted to my insurance company. Servpro was proactive in placing air scrubbers in the house prior to starting the cleaning process. The people assigned to cleaning were professional and did a great job cleaning the house.
