The service here was overpriced and poorly done. Communication was unprofessional from the start, and instead of helping me understand the process, I was pressured to pay upfront even though my insurance was supposed to handle it. The whole experience felt stressful and unsettling. I expected better from a company that advertises professionalism. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless major changes are made to how customers are treated.

One of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. 1. **Questionable billing**: Received multiple conflicting invoices and charges that were far above industry norms (originally more than 60%). I hired ServPro to do a rebuild on my condo bathroom after a major leak from above. John Brandao was the main contractor and he was *excellent*. I am used to contractors being non-responsive and delayed - he was the opposite. He ALWAYS responded and there was never a single delay. I had a timeline because my tenant was living out of a hotel, and John worked with that timeline and achieved every goal. The work looked great too. Servpro was amazing from start to finish. John worked closely with me to make sure my preferences for the finished product would be accomplished. The whole team was fair, prompt and respectful to my space. Highly recommend!
