In August 2025 Servpro finished more work on our house after a severe water leak. I'm nothing but pleased with their work. The star this time was Phil B., who coordinated the project. His oversight was phenomenal, and it was hard to believe how conscientious he was. He repeatedly went above and beyond expectations. In the end, we were very pleased with the results. Great service and results! I used this company for a basement flood. They handled both the tear out and the rebuild. I would highly recommend them for both services. Last week, I was joyfully watering flowers outside for the first time this season and came in to a flood after an outside spicket line burst inside our condo. After turning the water main off, I called SERVPRO of Burnsville. I cannot say enough good about this ServPro office.
