Quick and efficient community oriented organization that cares about their services. Had basement flood more than once and the crew was prompt in getting everything dried efficiently. Then I was given the expertise of what to fix so that it didn't happen again. Great Company

Normally don’t leave bad reviews or reviews in general but had a guy come out and said he’d get back to me with in a couple days with a quote it’s been over a month… I have reached out multiple times was ignored and than was told I would get the quote at the end of the day. Ended up going with service master was 1,000.00 cheaper and got the job done quickly!

Unsafe Mold Report & Misleading “Normal” Classification Servpro was hired to conduct air quality testing for mold in my apartment in Burlington, IA in August 2025. When the apartment flooded management called them, but we agreed to let them handle everything. I had forgot about my grandmothers garnet necklace hanging on my door knob and of course it’s no longer there. Service Pro crew workers stole my necklace.

Called for a cleanup job for crawlspace. Guy came out right away and took pictures and said he'd get me a quote. Next 3 weeks and numerous calls and I was constantly told he'd be out, but never showed up. Called office and lady said my address was not on list. Not sure what went wrong. Would not recommend!
