When the apartment flooded management called them, but we agreed to let them handle everything. I had forgot about my grandmothers garnet necklace hanging on my door knob and of course it’s no longer there. Service Pro crew workers stole my necklace.

Called for a cleanup job for crawlspace. Guy came out right away and took pictures and said he'd get me a quote. Next 3 weeks and numerous calls and I was constantly told he'd be out, but never showed up. Called office and lady said my address was not on list. Not sure what went wrong. Would not recommend!

Couldn’t get anyone to call back. Reached out twice within the last two weeks and still haven’t heard anything. Called a different location in Iowa City and they were very prompt and already have me on the schedule to do an estimate. The Burlington location must have very poor management and communication skills.

My husband surprised me with a carpet cleaning by ServPro! My carpet just awful and I thought it was beyond cleaning because of our dogs. I really thought we would have to replace the carpet or tear it out. I was absolutely ecstatic when I got home to find my carpet looking like brand new again! Seriously! Like brand new! ServPro - thanks a million! I will definitely recommend this service to everyone I talk to!

Never have I been so pleased with a company. They did everything correctly. Bent over backwards to please and a pleasure to do business with! Would hire them again.
