Horrible company to work for let alone allow into home. I was let go after almost 5 years without reasoning as many others have been. This company is very misleading, so much so that I’ve even notified their corporate office on things such as misleading back ground checks. Look around before you call Servpro as there are many excellent restoration company’s that service Livingston county areas.
Servpro was very responsive to the leak in our basement. We called several companies who were not very responsive or would come out and say they couldn’t help. Servpro came out right away and got us scheduled next business day. We would highly recommend them for their quality work, responsiveness, and knowledge/confidence.
Mike, JB, and Moe have been lifesavers for us. We called two other contractors to help us before we called Servpro and our only regret is not calling them sooner. What the other contractors couldn’t figure out, these guys tackled within 2 hours of our call. They were thorough and helpful in locating our issue and helping us to prevent further damage. Don’t make our mistake - call Servpro FIRST!
Mike Hayes, Nathan, and JB were so helpful during such a stressful time. Mike explained everything multiple times and made sure to communicate with us every step of the way. They were thorough and efficient. I would highly recommend to anyone.
