Servepro did a remediation and restoration for us when a valve on the toilet came loose in our house. We were selling the house and it was unoccupied. This flooded the whole downstairs and created so much humidity that the upstairs was affected. Servepro tore up the flooring and put fans in. They poured concrete in and then did not wait for it to cure before putting the new flooring in. We have had the unfortunate experience to have needed the services of SERVPRO, but I can honestly say the Servpro team made an awful situation not so awful. Jaid is super friendly and kind and is very reassuring. I thought I could trust Servpro. They packed out everything in my house and two Connex‘s. They broke stuff. I have items missing. It was nothing but a big mess. They’re mold that they supposedly killed was back in less than two weeks. They’re demolition. They only took out half of the sheet rock on the walls at the top not the bottom or the water was. I was very disappointed and it was one heck of a bill.
I could not have found a better company to restore my home. Servpro was excellent. They provided me with excellent service and kept me informed every step of the way throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.
