Awful experience. Our garbage disposal had been leaking for a few days before we discovered it. There was mold and water damage. We called Serv Pro and they said they would drill out part of the wall to check for mold and rip out anything affected. They came by and set up 2 fans and a dehumidifier. Never drilled the hole to check for OBVIOUS mold because they “didn’t have the drill”. We paid a LOT of money for services that were NEVER rendered. I can't say enough about these guys. I called in a panic after a pipe burst in my attic and joseph immediately had someone from the office call and set it up. They gave me a number for a plumber who called me before I could call him and fixed the pipe. Bryce came by within a couple hours to assess and was very friendly and professional.
