After flooding in our house due to a pipe burst Servpro was very responsive and arrived quickly in order to provide restoration to prevent mold, fungus and etc. Soledad was our representative and she was very accommodating for my mother who has a walker and needed to be able to walk around the house with the fans on the floor. Servpro helped make this tragedy a bit sweeter with their customer service and professionalism.
SERVPRO of Bowie was incredible. Soledad came on site and explained everything every step of the way. No question was left unanswered. Her crew came in and quickly tackled the issues. Many hands made light work and it didn't feel like the job was rushed at all. They were very respectful of our personal property and everything was carefully moved around in order for them to complete the job. Had a kitchen fire in my home, called insurance co and they hooked me up w/ServPro. The team came to my home and cleaned my house from the " rooter to the tooter!" Very professional and thorough.
