After multiple pinhole leaks in my copper pipes and then an additional flooding from a toilet turn off valve, the Servpro mitigation team lead by Abraham did a thorough, professional job to make sure all necessary mitigation was completed and approved by the insurance adjuster. Also, Rusty, who took my call, was so helpful walking me through the whole mitigation process, and keeping me informed as well as negotiating with the insurance adjuster to make sure all necessary additional mitigation was approved.

The team was very responsive. Quick and efficient. Abraham was polite and professional. I loved talking to Rusty. She kept us informed of exactly what to expect and it all went perfectly. They made a stressful situation, much easier to deal with. Highly recommend them.

I cannot express how helpful the people at Servpro of Bowie have been to me. They helped walked me through the process and helped me every step of the way. I am in another state and my brother is in Bowie. He has been in the hospital for three months. They helped me with everything. They cleared it and migrated the mold. I could never have done this without them. I am extremely grateful to Soledad and her team and Rusty for walking me through this process. You guys are the best. They made my brother’s house brand new.
