The team was responsive and cleaned up our area well. Communication was not great and did not hear from them for a few days. Also felt they charged too much for the equipment for cleanup. It took a long time to understand the charge. But it was quoted to me as $2500 for the visit but they ended up charging close to $4k which included “equipment runtimes”.
