I am happy to share my experience about one of ServPro,s extremely qualified Mold mitigation and Demo teams. Alvaro Garcia and Javier Asencio arrived at my home on time ( which is rare these days )and were very knowledgable and efficient about their work. What impressed me the most was the extra care they took taping off rooms from the work area, covering exposed hard wood flooring and stair case from the excessive dust and grit that could occur during the demo process. I had a flooding emergency in my basement and called ServPro. Everyone involved in this process was professional, skilled and were all nice people! Special shout-outs to Caroline, who stepped me through every part of the process, and Connor, Ryan and the 1st 2 guys to show up (don’t remember names, I was prob in shock w the flooding!)

(If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.) I’m a property manager for a high-rise apartment building in Boston’s Back Bay, and during my first week at this new property, I got the call you never want: a burst pipe on the 6th floor with flooding all the way down to the underground garage — on Christmas weekend at 9:30 PM.
